Jotne Rail Solutions AS (JRS) offers expertise within advisory, engineering, project management, design and calculations for the Norwegian and Nordic market for rolling stock and infrastructure.
JRS has for several years had framework agreements with companies within trains, trams and metro operation in Oslo. These agreements have ranged from pure project management tasks on the supplier side and procurement projects at operator companies to execution of technical modifications of existing material.
In addition we have acquired knowledge and experience in advisory services in related fields.

Upgrade of SL95 tram
JRS has delivered technical project manager for the mid life upgrade of the SL95 tram.
Feasibility study for upgrading MX
JRS has performed a feasibility study for upgrading the MX3000. This study comprised of, among others, evalutation and redesign of of interior elements.
Feasibility study multi articulated tram
JRS has led the aquisition for a study on the feasibility of Multi Articulated Tram in Oslo on behalf of Sporveien's procurement of new trams.
